GREENSBORO, NC – July 21, 2025 – GT Radial continues to solidify its leadership position in the prestigious Formula Drift Tire Points Cup after another challenging and competitive weekend at Round 5 in St. Louis, Missouri.
The event, held at the World Wide Technology Raceway, featured intense conditions and top-tier competition. However, the GT Radial team demonstrated focus, determination, and resilience. The highlight came from Dylan Hughes, who delivered a strong performance and finished in 4th place, securing crucial points for the team’s championship pursuit. Adam LZ and Matt Field also made significant contributions to maintaining the team’s pace and momentum this season.

After five rounds, GT Radial remains at the top of the Tire Points Cup with 313 points, followed by Kenda (304 points), Nitto (250 points), and Kumho (158 points). The balance, durability, and high performance of GT Radial tires—engineered for the biggest challenges of professional drifting—have been key factors in this journey.
Beyond the team’s collective performance, driver Adam LZ now holds 3rd place overall in the drivers’ championship, demonstrating consistency and potential heading into the closing stages of the season.
With only three rounds left, every point becomes vital in the title battle. The next stop is Seattle, Washington, on August 9.
